About
I'm a sociologist and I've worked at Kantar since 2018. Today I lead the Quantitative Operations team, drive the adoption of AI in research teams and serve as GenHub Lead, Kantar Italy's practice on generations.
I study how generations, life stages and AI are reshaping work and consumption. The starting point is always the same: a label doesn't explain a person. «Gen Z» doesn't tell you who is in front of you, the NEET acronym doesn't tell seven different stories, age doesn't explain how someone relates to AI.
I led the global study AI & Longevity, with Ageism Is Never In Style, and I co-authored «NEET. I 7 volti di una generazione in attesa» (FrancoAngeli) with Federico Capeci and Valentina Meli. I bring this evidence to the people who decide: HR, employer branding, marketing.
I co-founded Illyrian Brains Network, the global network of Albanian professionals. I studied sociology in Bologna and Trento, specialising in social inequalities and social change.
